      one million tons
      CO2  net reduction

Our goal is to eliminate 1 million tons of CO2 emissions by 2030, and we passionately invite you to join us in this critical mission to combat climate change together.

Climate change is one of the greatest threats facing humanity today, and its negative consequences are becoming increasingly clear. Rising temperatures, more frequent extreme weather events, and rising sea levels are just a few of the impacts that we can expect to see if we fail to act quickly to reduce our carbon emissions.

The science is clear: we need to drastically reduce our greenhouse gas emissions in order to avoid the worst impacts of climate change. We simply cannot afford to wait any longer to take action. That's why the 1 Million Tons Initiative is investing in climate technology, renewable energy projects, and social initiatives that will help us achieve our ambitious goal.

One of the first investments of the 1 Million Tons Initiative is Voltares, a group of companies dedicated to clean energy. Voltares is focused on developing renewable energy projects and making strategic Cleantech investments that eliminate CO2 emissions. With a geographical focus on emerging markets in Asia and Africa, Voltares responds to the climate crisis by developing and implementing solar, wind, and hydropower projects.
From rural electrification projects in Africa to utility-scale renewable energy projects in the Caucasus region, Voltares is committed to achieving measurable SDG targets and ESG ratings. Forming strategic initiatives with experienced partners in their target countries is a key factor in Voltares’ success. Together with their partners, Voltares develops and implements projects from scratch, each with its own shape, scope, and scale.
Apart from building the sustainable and renewable energy infrastructure of the future, the 1M Tons Initiative aims to invest in the technological and commercial enablers of climate action via direct equity investments in promising companies and projects.
Providing capital and resources to people that focus on the behavioral change that is needed to enable CO2 friendly solutions rounds up the third focus of the 1 Million tons mission of Cornelius Patt.
We invite you to  learn more about our initiative and our efforts to reduce CO2 emissions. Join us in our mission to make a positive impact on the planet and help us create a more sustainable and resilient future for all.

We believe in the substitution of fossil fuels with clean energy as a means of reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable development.

We also strive to absorb the carbon emissions that are released into the atmosphere, by investing in projects that have a positive impact on the environment and the communities we work with.
